spritz the bowl before you go … and no one else will ever know!

Poo~Pouri.

Yes, it involves going number two. Yes, it’s hilarious. And yes, it totally works.

This could quite possibly be the best invention ever. How it works: spray the toilet water before you go “number two” and you can’t even smell it after you flush! Poo~Pouri totally takes away the embarrassment from going number two in any public or private bathroom because it covers up the smelly evidence with a yummy scent! Totally genius.

These little 4 oz bottles of Deja Poo, Royal Flush, No. 2, Loo~Pouri and Poo~Pouri are a bathroom necessity in your home. After all, don’t you want people to feel comfortable enough in your home to go number two?

And, they are the perfect gift for your hubby or dad for Father’s Day. I recommend Royal Flush for the men, it smells like cologne… yummy!

A scented toilet paper and Poo~Pouri gift set is the perfect gift for that special someone who desperately needs it 🙂

You can get Poo~Pouri at Fleur de Lis.

You can thank us later …

Rainbow Party Ideas

I had several inspirations for this post today – the rainy weather today, listening to Josh Groban and Patti LaBelle sing Somewhere over the Rainbow on Oprah’s Finale show of surprises and my craving for colorful cupcakes.

It doesn’t need to be St. Patrick’s day everyday (although my hubby would like it to be) for a rainbow celebration – you can plan a fun rainbow birthday party for your kids, bring the color inspiration into your wedding palette, use as home decor or surprise your family on a cold winter (or warm summer) day with a colorful breakfast. Now just hoping you find that pot of gold at the end of your rainbow.

cheers to wine barrels

I am so into this new trend with wine barrels. Actually, I’m kind of obsessed. It seems like most elegant, rustic, vineyard, casual or nature-themed weddings have wine barrels incorporated in the decor.

For your wedding, you can use them any way you want! Use them for: your cake table, your guest book table, your wedding aisle entrance or in place of table “legs”. Or, just put flowers on them to make a beautiful statement. Voila! Stunning decor for your wedding!

mason love

Drink from it. Paint it. Store personal items in it. Decorate with it. Hang it. With the it being a mason jar, the uses are endless.

The simple, antique and easy-on-the-credit-card mason jar can inspire in the home or at an event. I just can’t get enough of it

turning ordinary objects into extraordinary decor

I’m always amazed by the DIY projects that people come up with…and with everyday items that I would least expect! Take, for instance a suitcase, coffee filter, PVC pipe, tea cup, tree stump and BBQ Bamboo Skewer. All great everyday items, but add a little creativity…and voila, extraordinary decor!
