jacey + grant + lovespun films = gorgeous

You remember the beautiful couple, Jacey + Grant, we featured months ago? We loved that creative engagement photo shoot by Lauren Ross Photography.

Well, the small town Texas girl who pursued her dreams and passion for fashion in LA and the down-to-earth urban developer, got hitched…and their wedding was one for the books.

Everything – from the bride’s Vera Wang dress and Christian Louboutin shoes, to the vintage furniture, chandeliers, mismatched chairs and place settings, burlap, pink and soft garden blooms, framed prints, hand-sewn table numbers, vintage tea tins – and every last detail in between was absolutely breathtaking.

The wedding really captured the couple’s personality and roots beautifully. Seriously, its stunning!

Jessica at Lovespun, Handmade Wedding Films, captured it in a gorgeous wedding film you MUST watch. {Click the play button on the image below}.

I know you want to see more of that wedding, huh?

Take the time to look at images from Jacey and Grants wedding {which was featured on Style Me Pretty}. Your eyes will thank you it’s so pretty. You can find them here, at Jacey’s fabulous Damsel in Dior blog {found at Mrs. Damsel}, along with all the pretty details and full list of vendors.

We are obsessed with Pinterest. We find daily inspiration for fashion, parties, wedding, DIY projects and home decor. It’s genius – pin pictures from all over the web to create categorized boards. They can be vision boards, party ideas, portfolios and inspiration – all stored in one, easy and accessible place.

italian terra cotta love

I have always loved terra-cotta {or baked earth translated in Italian} pots because they remind me of being in Italy, and they remind me of summer and beautiful flowers.

I’m heading to Home Depot this week to make this for my son’s teachers, and might have to buy a couple more terra-cotta pots to make the projects below. It’s the time of year for planting, so it’s the perfect time to start these easy, affordable DIY’s.

brooke + james

As little girls, we often daydreamed of our weddings.
We imagined that we were the princess marrying our prince. Our gown would be exquisite, white and romantically fluffy, our hair would pinned up to perfection and our prince would always be, well, immaculately handsome.

This lucky bride and groom had the wedding of most little girls’ dreams… at a castle far, far away.

Congratulations to Brooke and James who were married last summer in the United Kingdom!
